Alytus Business Advisory Centre is the first Business Advisory Centre in Lithuania, registered in 13‘th of May, 1993 as a non-profit organization and is working till now as commercial organization – business and educational services provider.The centre was established by local businessmen and Alytus city municipality with assistance of the EU PHARE Program.
Alytus Business Consulting Center provides the following services:
- “BUSINESS START UP”: Legal documents and service for establishing companies.
- “VIRTUAL OFFICE”: Legal address of the company, administrator, accountant, etc.
- Creation of the BRAND of company:
Logo, letterheads, business cards;
Creation of promotional banners;
Layout of advertising flyers;
Visualization soc. for networks, website development.
- ACCOUNTING services;
- INFORMAL TRAINING PROGRAMS: Business “START UP”; Management; Finance; Marketing etc.;
- SEMINARS on accounting, labor laws and other company management issues;
- PROJECTS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, R&D, CLUSTERS, internships, international cooperation. PREPARATION, COORDINATION AND ADMINISTRATION.

Alytus BASC is the initiator of the development of projects “CREATIVE INDUSTRIES” and “ART INCUBATORY – 2015”, “YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS” in Southern Lithuania, cooperation with regional and business institutions of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Latvia, Estonia, England, Poland, Turkey and Italy. Agencies of the Republic of Lithuania, regional municipalities (5 municipalities), associated structures and Vilnius PPAR;
From 2000 to 2022 Alytus Business Consulting Center won and implemented more than 40 international projects financed by EU programs (PHARE, ACCESS, LT / PL, INTERREG, EU SF, ERASMUS+).
Alytus Business Consulting Center has an office (50 sq.m.) with 5 workplaces (with IT – 5 computers) and a meeting room (42 sq.m.), a website www.avkc.lt, a car.
We have a team of consultants-specialists:
- Management of the implementation of youth SME training programs;
- Business start-up opportunities, advice for young people and other business starters;
- Business plans, marketing plans, investment projects, international projects;
- Conferences, seminars, round table discussions;
- Compilation of training programs and organization of training;
- Search for business partners and markets in Lithuania and abroad;
- “BUSINESS CONTACTS, MISSIONS”; STUDY VISITS according to the respective non-formal education programs.

We have specific experience in cluster development projects:
- “Erasmus + KA2” project “OPPORTUNITIES FOR EMPLOYERS TO ATTRACT, TRANSFER AND RETAIN YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE METAL INDUSTRY” / AttTraK / No. 2018-1-DE02-KA202-005206. The project is financed by the ERASMUS + KA2 program. Project duration: 2018 10 01 – 2020 09 30. Project coordinator – Alytus VKC, member of the cluster. The main objective of the project: transfer of best practices and identification of vocational training opportunities and future prospects, attracting and retaining young people in the metal, machinery and engineering sectors.
- “RAISING COMPETITIVENESS ON THE PL – LT BORDER THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CLUSTERIZATION SERVICES” i.e. INTERREG V-A Lithuanian-Polish cross-border cooperation program project /”IncomClus”/, No. LT-PL-1R-032. The main goal is to increase the competitiveness of metal-mechanical and related branches on the Polish-Lithuanian border. Main actions: “Cluster’s Academy” (general and technical training for companies); Business support services (conferences, seminars); Interdisciplinary creative groups; Competence and professional training for students; “COOPERATION PLATFORM FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING”, LITHUANIA / POLAND, was created.
