The Search for Partners for the Nordic Life Science Days

The Ministry of Economy and the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology invite life sciences companies, clusters and enterprise networks to submit an application for the search for partners at the “Nordic Life Science Days” event that will take place in Malmo, Sweden, from the 12th to the 14th of September, 2017.

The aim of the event is to find partners in order to participate in international research and innovation projects (HORIZONTAS 2020, EUREKA, EUROSTARS, etc.).

Representatives of the selected companies will be able to:

1) Participate in the “Nordic Life Science Days” event (participants registered before the 31st of March will have to pay a lower registration fee)

 

2) Participate in the exhibition of the event (companies using a stand will have to pay a fee)

The Nordic Life Science Days is one of the biggest international life sciences conferences in the Nordic countries. During the conference, an environment favourable for meetings, development of contacts, business and science partnership is created. Not only the representatives of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical businesses but also investors, scientists and public authorities participate in the event.

In 2016, representatives of these sectors took part in the conference:

  • 32% biotechnology
  • 20% pharmacy
  • 7% e-Health, medical technologies
  • 10% CRO, CMO services
  • 7% governmental institutions
  • 10% investors
  • 15% scientists

The event will take place in Malmo, Sweden, on 12-14 September, 2017. It is intended to select 10-12 representatives of the companies operating in the life sciences sector. A compensation for one company representative’s participation in the event provided by the agency:

  • travel expenses to/from Malmo;
  • accommodation expenses;
  • expenses for local transportation using all means of transport in the target country if the use of it is related to the event;
  • expenses for participation fees.

The costs for the participation of one company representative paid by the agency must not exceed 600 euro excluding expenses for local transportation.
